In 2016, architects Shin Chang and Penny Ng took over a derelict 1960s' building along the historic Petaling Street in Kuala Lumpur, and repurposed it into a restaurant, cafe, bar and a co-working space. Their decision to retain almost all of the original walls and floor tiles while recycling usable materials on site, gave clear indication and respect to the building's history. Its old-school charm have even made it one of the most instagrammable space in Kuala Lumpur.
